We do our best to make our fellow home baristas happy with our products and service.
However, in addition to being home baristas, we are also people and sometimes mistakes happen. But don’t worry!
We are here to help you with any issue you might have.
When you want to return something, go to our return portal it helps us to handle your request as quickly as possible.
Returns and exchanges must be returned in the same condition as they were received, without physical signs of wear or use, and should be returned in the original packaging.

Shipping
Shipment Processing Time
All orders placed before 22:00 will be shipped on the same business day, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed in the weekends will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
BENELUX and Germany: Free shipping on all orders over €50,-
International: Discounted, will be calculated based on your order.
All orders ship from the Netherlands.
Delivery estimates for BENELUX and Germany are 1 to 3 business days.
Internation shipping the delivery estimate is variable but shown during checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided via email as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1-2 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, marking the email as “not spam.”
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Barista-essentials is not responsible for any customs fees, duties and/or taxes applied to your order during import to your destination. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). IMPORTANT: All orders denied by the receiver during import due to failure to pay import duties, taxes and/or fees will be abandoned with customs. These orders will not be applicable for returns or refunds.
Damages
Barista-essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost by the shipping carrier during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
