More Confidence Before Tamping
You know the situation: you start your grinder and end up with a mountain of coffee in your portafilter.
You can tamp it as straight as you like, but if you don’t level it first, the coffee in the middle will be much more compact than around the edges.
When I (Hugo) started working with a bottomless portafilter, I saw the results: water flowed faster along the sides, leading to inconsistent and sour coffee.
After our first version, we created this coffee distributor as the ultimate solution. A true Barista Essential!
Designed by us, for you
We created this coffee distributor using our expertise — and your feedback. The result? The ideal distributor for home baristas.
Unlike most distributors on the market, ours has a few key advantages:
- Sharp stainless steel blades that actually distribute, not half-tamp like others
- Easy to adjust, no fiddling with different layers, just twist
- Seamless design, no edges for coffee to get stuck
- Minimalist design, clean, functional, and stylish
For Every Home Barista
Our coffee distributor fits most espresso machines. You can choose from the following 4 sizes:
51mm: Delonghi Dedica, Solis Grind & Infuse Compact
53.3mm: Sage Barista Express, Solis Grind & Infuse Pro, Breville Barista Express
58mm: Quick Mill
58.5mm: All E61 machines, ECM, VBM (Vibiemme), Rocket, Rancilio, La Marzocco, as well as Solis Triple Heat, Sage the Oracle, Breville Barista Max
Is your machine not listed here? Check our comprehensive size chart or measure the inside of your filter basket. The diameter in mm is the correct size for your distributor.
After leveling, it’s important to tamp your coffee properly. The right tools make a difference here too. Check out our tampers, palm tampers, and tamp & distributor combinations.
