How it works

We’ve kept returns simple. Here’s what to do:

Register your return

Register your return within 30 days through our portal:

Pack your items

Pack your items carefully to prevent any damage. Don’t forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.

Send it back

Bring your package to a post office within 3 business days after receiving your label.

All done

Once we’ve received your return, it will be processed within 14 business days!

30 days free returns for Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Returns from the United Kingdom and countries outside the EU
We cannot create return labels through our portal for countries outside the EU. In this case, you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of a return label with a carrier of your choice, after registering your return in our portal.

Other EU countries
The prices for return labels vary by country. Since we can provide you with a return label, we cover €5.65 of the cost. The prices listed below are already reduced!

Return Conditions (Right of Withdrawal)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Barista-Essentials, Kanaalweg 50, 3581PZ, Utrecht, The Netherlands, Tel: +31 30 369 07 38, Email: info@barista-essentials.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or via our withdrawal form). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. We recommend using our withdrawal form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day we have received and processed your return. For this refund we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. Due to system constraints, other means of refund are not possible; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. A refund before receipt of the return is not possible.

You must send back the goods immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to our fulfillment center (Barista-Essentials, Prinsenweide 2G, 7317 BB, Apeldoorn, The Netherlands). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed with Barista-Essentials. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • The contract concerns the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  • The contract concerns the supply of goods which may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded.
  • The contract concerns the supply of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and were unsealed after delivery.

For these legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of goods that have already been opened or damaged, or goods whose expiration date is about to expire.
