Product description

Tasting this coffee blend truly surprised us. It has a sweet, full body that beautifully highlights notes of caramel and chocolate. The real standout is the fresh, floral finish brought in by the Ethiopian beans.

This makes it a balanced and interesting espresso, but just as enjoyable in a latte or cappuccino. Try it in our Pine Green cappuccino cup — the green tones enhance the complex flavors of this blend.

Brewing tips: Brazil – Ethiopia

Our starting point is always 18.5 grams of ground coffee, with a brew time of around 25 seconds for 36–37 grams of espresso. From there, feel free to fine-tune to your own taste.

This is how we usually brew our Brazil–Ethiopia blend:

  • 18.5 grams coffee in
  • 22–26 seconds brew time
  • 43 grams espresso out
