Christmas Coffee Inspiration: Top 4
Christmas coffee is warm, cozy, special, and gives every moment a touch of luxury. Below you’ll find our 4 favourite recipes that work perfectly as Christmas coffee.
Morning: White Mocha
Winter coffee should be warm and comforting, just like the holidays themselves.
Something you can sip under a blanket while it gets darker outside.
A café mocha is always a good idea. You combine a fresh espresso with milk and 2–3 melted chocolate pieces (milk, dark or white, whatever you prefer).
For an extra festive touch, decorate the rim of your cup or glass with shredded coconut. Perfect with a white mocha, and guaranteed compliments.

Afternoon: S’mores Coffee
This Christmas coffee takes a little prep, but it’s more than worth it. Plus, anything that involves a blowtorch means extra points for showiness😉
You’ll need:
- Graham crackers (or digestives)
- Milk (plant-based works too)
- Chocolate syrup
- Double espresso
- Marshmallows
- Crème brûlée torch
How to make it:
- Let the crackers soak in your milk until the milk tastes like cookies.
- Strain the milk.
- Add chocolate syrup to your cup.
- Brew a double espresso.
- Steam the cookie milk and pour it in.
- Finish with a toasted marshmallow on top.
Looks fancy, tastes even better. This is a Christmas coffee that really impresses.
Dessert: Affogato
If you want to serve your Christmas coffee as dessert, you can’t go wrong with an affogato.
Simply pour a fresh espresso or ristretto over a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and eat it quickly before it melts away.
Feeling extra festive? Add special ice cream or whipped cream.

Tip: Use our fresh specialty coffee beans for this coffee dessert. Every type of bean gives its own flavour experience and pairs differently with the ice cream you choose, endless room for experimentation.
A small espresso pitcher also helps you pour the coffee gently over the ice.
Evening: Espresso Martini
Turn your machine on one last time in the evening for the ultimate Christmas coffee: an espresso martini.
This classic cocktail mixes fresh espresso with vodka and coffee liqueur.
In our version, we swap the coffee liqueur for chocolate liqueur, for a creamier, less overpowering flavour. Perfect for Christmas.
Fun fact: The three coffee beans on top stand for health, wealth, and happiness, a great story to bring to any holiday party.
Tip: Don’t use overly funky beans for your espresso martini. Our Brazil–Ethiopia blend gives that classic espresso flavour you want.
What is Christmas coffee?
There isn’t one specific drink officially called the Christmas coffee.
But you often see coffee with syrups, whipped cream, and toppings, from warming spices to cookie crumbs.
With that in mind, you can turn any coffee moment into a Christmas coffee moment.
Add a festive swirl of whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles to your regular cappuccino. Voilà, Christmas coffee.
