All orders placed before 10pm are dispatched the same working day, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us via email.
This way you can track the status of your order at any time.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1-2 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping to The Netherlands & Belgium:

Free shipping on all orders over €25,-
If the order value is less than €25,-, the shipping costs are €5,95
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping to Great Brittain & Ireland:

Free shipping on all orders over €50,-
If the order value is less than €50,-, the shipping costs are €12,95
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping to Germany, Austria and Denmark:

Free shipping on all orders over €25,-
If the order value is less than €25,-, the shipping costs are €5,95
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping to Switzerland:

Free shipping on all orders over €75,-
If the order value is less than €75,-, the shipping costs are €12,95
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping to the United States:

Free shipping on all orders over €100,-
If the order value is less than €100,-, the shipping costs are €29,95

Free shipping on all orders over €500,-
If the order value is less than €500,-, the shipping costs are €5,95
The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.

Shipping to Rest of World:

Free shipping on all orders over €75,-
If the order value is less than €75,-, the shipping costs are between €11,95 – €19,95
The estimated delivery time varies.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Barista-essentials is not responsible for any customs fees, duties and/or taxes applied to your order during import to your destination. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All orders denied by the receiver during import due to failure to pay import duties, taxes and/or fees will be abandoned with customs. These orders will not be applicable for returns or refunds.
