Brewing advice Guatemala
Our standard advice is always 18.5 grams of ground coffee, with an extraction time of 25 seconds for 36/37 grams of espresso. From here, feel free to experiment to suit your taste!

In the heart of Huehuetenango, nestled in the mountains, lies Finca Los Nazanjales. Don Pedro Lopez Mendez has been working for decades on their 1.3-hectare plantation. This is where we source these beans.
The secret to this coffee lies in the 32 hour fermentation process. Don Pedro has developed a keen sense for determining the perfect time to stop fermentation, resulting in the delicious citrusy notes of orange!
