Brewing tips for Sulawesi
Our basic advice is always 18.5 grams of ground coffee, with a brew time of 25 seconds for 36/37 grams of espresso. From here, you can experiment to find your perfect taste!

Origin & Details
All of our coffee is officially Specialty Coffee, including our Sulawesi beans. The Specialty Coffee Association awards this certification only to coffee that scores 80 points or more on a 100-point scale based on quality and flavor!
These beans from Sulawesi are dried after harvest, and the silvery skin is removed. Then, they are further dried on the patio. This traditional process results in a herbal, almost dark blue/green bean.
